WIDA provides respite for adults and children with severe and/or profound degree of intellectual disabilities across a number of locations in Waterford city and County.
Respite furnishes users with a home from home environment while also encouraging active participation and involvement in the local community. We also facilitate participants to attend work, college or, day services as required.
The Jack & Jill Childrens’ Foundation provides direct funding to the families of children with brain damag upto the age of 4 who suffer severe intllectual and physical development delay, enalbiling them to purchase home respite care. we also provide end of life care to all children upto the age of 4 years.
